本ポリシーは、わんぽログ（以下「本アプリ」）がユーザーの情報をどのように収集・利用・保護するかを説明します。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
本アプリが収集・利用する情報は以下のとおりです。いずれの情報も、記載した目的以外には使用しません。 【位置情報（GPS）】 散歩のルート・距離を記録する目的でのみ使用します。位置情報は端末内にのみ保存され、外部サーバーへは送信されません。アプリの使用中（散歩記録中）にのみ取得します。 【カメラ・フォトライブラリ】 愛犬の散歩前後の写真を記録に残す目的でのみ使用します。取得した写真は端末内にのみ保存されます。 【ヘルスケアデータ（歩数）】 Apple HealthKit（iOS）および Google Health Connect（Android）から歩数データを読み取り、散歩記録に反映します。健康データは端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。当社がHealthKitおよびHealth Connectから取得したデータを広告・マーケティング目的に使用することはありません。 【購入情報】 プレミアムプランの有効状態の確認のみに使用します。購入処理はApple App Store・Google Play Storeのプラットフォームを通じて行われます。当社は決済情報（クレジットカード番号等）を直接収集・保存しません。
本アプリには、機種変更時にデータを移行するためのバックアップ・復元機能があります。この機能はユーザーが明示的に操作した場合にのみ動作します。 バックアップ実行時に送信されるデータ： ・散歩記録（日時・距離・歩数・メモ等） ・散歩前後の写真（圧縮済み） これらのデータは当社が管理するサーバーに一時的に保存されます。保存期間は14日間で、期限後は自動的に削除されます。バックアップデータは表示されるPINコードによってのみアクセス可能であり、第三者に共有されることはありません。 バックアップ機能を使用しない場合、すべてのデータは端末内にのみ保存されます。
本アプリはGoogle AdMob（Google LLC）による広告を表示します。AdMobは広告配信のためにデバイス識別子等の情報を収集する場合があります。詳細はGoogleのプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）をご参照ください。 プレミアムプランに加入することで広告を非表示にできます。
本アプリは、収集した情報を第三者に販売・貸与・共有しません。ただし、以下の場合を除きます：
本アプリのデータ（散歩記録・写真・設定）は、通常は端末内にのみ保存されます。バックアップ機能を使用した場合のみ、外部サーバーにデータが一時保存されます（保存期間14日）。アプリをアンインストールすることで、端末内に保存されたすべてのデータが削除されます。
本アプリは医療機器ではありません。本アプリが表示する歩数・距離・運動データは参考情報であり、医療診断・治療・予防の代替となるものではありません。健康上の懸念がある場合は、医師等の専門家にご相談ください。
本アプリは13歳未満（米国基準）の児童を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図して収集することはありません。
本アプリは、データを端末内にのみ保存することでセキュリティを確保しています。端末の紛失・盗難・故障によるデータ消失について、当社は責任を負いません。
本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。

This policy explains how WanpoLog ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
The App collects and uses only the information described below. We will never use your information for any purpose beyond what is stated here. [Location (GPS)] Used solely to record your walk route and distance. Location data is stored on your device only and is never transmitted to external servers. It is collected only while the App is actively recording a walk. [Camera & Photo Library] Used solely to capture before/after photos of your dog's walks. Photos are stored on your device only and are never uploaded externally. [Health Data (Step Count)] The App reads step count data from Apple HealthKit (iOS) and Google Health Connect (Android) to reflect it in your walk records. Health data is stored on your device only and is never transmitted externally. Data obtained from HealthKit and Health Connect is never used for advertising or marketing purposes. [Purchase Information] Used solely to verify the status of your Premium plan. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store payment details such as credit card numbers.
The App provides an optional backup and restore feature to help you transfer data when switching devices. This feature operates only when explicitly initiated by the user. Data transmitted during a backup: · Walk records (date, distance, steps, notes, etc.) · Before/after walk photos (compressed) This data is temporarily stored on a server operated by us. It is automatically deleted after 14 days. Backup data is accessible only via the PIN code displayed to you and is never shared with third parties. If you do not use the backup feature, all data remains stored exclusively on your device.
The App displays ads via Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may collect device identifiers and similar information to serve ads. For details, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Subscribing to the Premium plan removes all ads.
We do not sell, rent, or share any collected information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:
All app data (walk records, photos, settings) is normally stored exclusively on your device. Data is sent to an external server only when you use the backup feature (stored for 14 days). Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all data stored on the device.
The App is not a medical device. Step counts, distances, and activity data displayed by the App are for reference only and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or prevention. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have any health concerns.
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
By storing all data locally on your device, the App minimizes security risks. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from loss, theft, or damage to your device.
This policy may be updated without prior notice. We will notify you of significant changes through an in-app announcement.
